Quicktime is already installed, but the application prompts to install again. (Windows)

Applies to Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
Our applications require a version of Quicktime that is compatible with your operating system. As the application launches, it scans your computer for Quicktime before fully loading. If the scan is unsuccessful or our application is inhibited, you will be prompted to install Quicktime. In the latter case, use the following procedure to enable our application to run properly.
1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ folder and double-click the folder of the eMedia application.
2. Right-click the eMedia application icon and select Properties.
3. Under the Compatibility tab, check the box "Run this program as an administrator"
4. Click Apply.
5. Click OK.
6. Restart the computer.
