If you’ve activated the application elsewhere, please deactivate your application from your previous computer. If you have already uninstalled the application from your previous computer, you can reinstall it, deactivate via the Deactivate item in the Help menu, and the uninstall it again.

If the above doesn’t solve the problem (e.g., you’ve never activated it before), please download and launch the eMedia App Activation Diagnostic Tool (for Windows or Mac) and follow the instructions on screen.
