I’m running Vista and the application doesn’t automatically move from the first screen or the audio/video files aren’t playing. (Windows)

Have you installed the application to the default directory? On a 32 bit computer, the location is C:\Program Files\eMedia Guitar Method.* On a 64 bit computer, the location is C:\Program Files (x86)\eMedia Guitar Method.*
A warning appears on the Readme Information screen during the installation process advising you not to alter the installation path. Due to permissions and read/write issues within Vista, our application must be installed to the default directory. Failure to heed this warning will prohibit our application from accessing some of the multimedia files.
*For other eMedia programs, replace "Guitar Method" with the name of the application, e.g. Piano and Keyboard Method, My Violin, etc.
